## How a placement works

1. **Sign up.** Tell us about the home. Your onboarding form arrives by email, and your account manager calls within one business day.
2. **Get it ready.** A field inspection within 48 hours of your form, with photos and a punch list you approve.
3. **Go live.** Photos, listing and showings. You hear from us the day it goes live, with our pricing recommendation.
4. **Watch the market.** Every 7 to 10 days on market, an update on interest and showings, and a recommendation. You decide.
5. **Choose your resident.** We screen every applicant against your standards. You pick from the ones who qualify.
6. **Hand off.** Lease signed, funds certified, move-in inspected. You get the lease, the ledger and the deposit, and we introduce you to your resident.
